The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational and communication skills to support HR functions effectively.Responsibilities:• Oversee and manage employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance and effective communication with staff.• Utilize platforms such as ADP Workforce Now and Dayforce to administer payroll and benefits processes.• Address employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to resolve issues professionally.• Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations, including FMLA and other relevant policies.• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.• Conduct audits of HR systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.• Facilitate onboarding and training programs to ensure a smooth integration for new hires.• Prepare reports and analyses related to workforce trends, benefits utilization, and compliance metrics.• Support open enrollment processes and address employee inquiries regarding benefits.• Coordinate with external vendors on benefits administration and payroll services.
