We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented HR Admin to join our team on a contract basis in Fort Gregg-Adams, Virginia. In this role, you will support key human resources functions, particularly focusing on employee onboarding and administrative tasks. This position offers a great opportunity to contribute to a dynamic workplace while gaining valuable experience in HR operations.Responsibilities:• Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including managing paperwork and ensuring compliance with I-9 documentation.• Handle intake procedures and ensure accurate data entry for employee records.• Communicate effectively with employees to address inquiries and provide onboarding support.• Assist in maintaining office administrative functions to streamline HR operations.• Collaborate with the HR team to onboard approximately 500 new hires.• Utilize Paylocity software to process employee information and ensure system accuracy.• Support employee relations by fostering clear communication and resolving basic HR-related issues.• Ensure all onboarding materials and documentation are organized and accessible for HR compliance purposes.
