High Volume Recruiter

We are looking for a dedicated High Volume Recruiter to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Golden Valley, Minnesota. In this role, you will play a key part in managing full-cycle recruitment for hourly positions within the manufacturing sector. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced and dynamic environment while collaborating closely with hiring managers to meet staffing needs efficiently.

Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for hourly roles.
• Focus on high-volume hiring for positions such as assembly, customer service, warehouse, and manufacturing floor roles.
• Utilize platforms like Indeed to source candidates and maintain an active pipeline.
• Prepare offer letters and oversee pre-employment procedures to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and align recruitment strategies.
• Support recruitment efforts across multiple locations as needed, ensuring flexibility and teamwork.
• Leverage recruitment tools such as Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other platforms to optimize hiring processes.
• Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the recruitment process.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in high-volume hiring.
• Proficiency in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• Strong familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools such as Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced hiring environments and meet tight deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with hiring managers and candidates.
• Experience in recruiting for manufacturing, warehouse, or similar hourly roles is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills for managing multiple requisitions.
• Willingness to support recruitment efforts across different locations when required.
