Hardware Support Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Hardware Support Analyst to join our team in Plano, Texas. This is a long-term contract position offering an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of hardware and desktop support tasks. The ideal candidate will have expertise in troubleshooting, maintaining, and configuring computer systems while ensuring seamless operations across devices and applications.

Responsibilities:
• Perform hardware configuration and maintenance for PCs, ensuring all systems are optimized for performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with camera and gate systems, providing timely technical support.
• Manage procurement and asset tracking processes to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Offer remote assistance for printer-related issues, diagnosing and resolving problems efficiently.
• Conduct computer hardware maintenance and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
• Utilize Active Directory to manage user accounts and permissions effectively.
• Support desktop imaging processes, ensuring consistent deployment of operating systems and applications.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance system functionality and address technical challenges.
• Provide technical guidance to end-users for Microsoft Windows 10 and related desktop hardware.
• Maintain clear and concise records of all support activities and resolutions.
• Proficiency in desktop workstation management and PC configuration.
• Experience with Active Directory for user and resource management.
• Strong knowledge of desktop hardware and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows 10 operating system.
• Ability to perform desktop imaging and deployment tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills for hardware and software issues.
• Strong organizational skills for asset management and documentation.
• Effective communication skills to assist users and collaborate with team members.
