Robert Half is looking for a Sr Product Manager for a retail and fintech client in the Plano, Texas area. Sr Product Manager will be on-site every single day at the Plano, Texas headquarters.

Sr Product Manager will be defining and leading the product strategy and roadmap for omni-channel experiences, aligning with business needs and customer needs. Sr Product Manager will be managing and mentoring Product Managers and ensuring integration and consistency among all technical and physical touchpoints. Sr Product Manager will drive omni-channel personalization, loyalty integration and consistent messaging across platforms. Sr Product Manager will be evaluating and integrating tools like Power BI, Salesforce or Tableau. Sr Product Manager will lead the development and rollout of digital product strategy across retail and fintech, including underwriting, financing and marketing.

Sr Product Manager MUST have the following:

• 7 years of experience in Product Management roles for ecommerce and/or digital products with a strong focus on digital solutions and technologies in retail and fintech
• Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives from concept to execution, building cross-functional alignment
• Proficiency in digital tools (or similar) like Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI & Optimizely
• Ability to start ASAP, 40 hours a week, on-site in Plano!
