We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Grant Accountant in San Francisco, California. The role is pivotal within our team, with a focus on managing and reconciling all aspects of grant-related activities. This role is fully on-site. Responsibilities:• Ensuring accurate and timely processing of grant-related revenues and expenditures in compliance with federal, state, and other related regulations.• Carrying out detailed analysis and reconciliation of grantor revenue and expenditure reports, making appropriate recommendations to ensure compliance with budgeted projections and grant provisions.• Preparing, reviewing, and tracking invoices, JEs, and reports for public and private grants and contracts, ensuring adherence to deadlines.• Handling grant cancellations, amendments, and payment adjustments efficiently.• Establishing and maintaining effective communication with internal program directors for accurate and complete information regarding grants.• Preparing and maintaining documentation to support audit inspections by federal, state, and other related agencies.• Assisting departments with grant budget projections in collaboration with the Accounting manager and the CFO.• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements for grant activities as per federal, state, local, and special program guidelines.• Utilizing skills in Grant Accounting to enhance efficiency and accuracy.** If you're interested in this position, please apply to this position and contact Jenny Tran at jen.tran - at - roberthalf - .com with your word resume and reference job ID# 00410-0013203895 **
