Global IT Director

We are looking for an experienced IT Director to lead and oversee global information systems operations in Spokane, Washington. This role will guide strategic initiatives, optimize technology solutions, and ensure the implementation of robust cybersecurity measures across the organization. The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking leader with a strong background in IT management and a passion for driving innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the operation of global information systems, including PCs, servers, virtual servers, and cloud-based technologies.

• Identify opportunities for innovation by reviewing operations and implementing technology solutions to enhance organizational performance.

• Lead and guide global IS teams to ensure effective use of IT systems in supporting business processes.

• Develop and manage budgets, capital expenditures, and cost-saving initiatives for IT operations.

• Establish and enforce cybersecurity policies, training, and tools to safeguard organizational assets and promptly resolve potential threats.

• Create and execute enterprise-wide disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure operational resilience.

• Collaborate with leadership to develop short- and medium-term IT strategies that align with business goals.

• Oversee the development and optimization of internal applications and business intelligence systems.

• Partner with legal counsel on global data protection initiatives and ensure compliance with data security standards.

• Stay informed on emerging IT trends, technologies, and practices to advise executives and management on their potential impact.

• Proven experience in deskside support and deployment of IT solutions.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware and backup technologies.
• Expertise in Cisco technologies and Office 365.
• Familiarity with Cloud ERP systems and Infor Visual ERP.
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex IT projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity risks and tools to mitigate threats.
• Effective communication and leadership skills to interact with C-suite executives and cross-functional teams.
