• Develop and implement robust internal controls and financial policies across all regions.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes to support strategic goals.
• Collaborate with regional finance teams to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage global audits, ensuring adherence to international tax regulations and engaging with external advisors.
• Drive finance transformation initiatives, including system implementations and automation projects.
• Provide financial analysis and advice to support pricing, costing, and commercial strategies.

Qualifications:
• 15 years of post-qualification experience, with significant exposure to the biotech industry.

• CPA certification is required.
• Experience with month-end close processes and financial audits.
• Background in working with Big 4 accounting firms is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and finance transformation projects.
