Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

We are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping our finance operations as we continue to grow. Reporting directly to the Director of FP& A, this position is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys solving complex challenges, and takes initiative in driving impactful financial strategies.

Responsibilities:
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting processes to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with the Director of FP& A to refine financial models and enhance reporting frameworks.
• Develop and optimize data layers and reporting structures to improve decision-making capabilities.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Work closely with teams across Accounting, Operations, IT, Sales, and Client Services to enhance cross-functional processes.
• Bring clarity and structure to financial projects and recurring workflows.
• Analyze and improve processes across departments, identifying areas for operational efficiency.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to a Financial Analyst, planned for later recruitment.
• Drive accountability and ensure progress on key finance initiatives throughout the year.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in FP& A or a related finance role.
• Proven ability to take initiative and approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset.
• Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong skills in Excel and familiarity with financial systems; proficiency in Power BI, NetSuite, Salesforce, or Adaptive Insights is advantageous.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of simplifying complex financial concepts.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Demonstrated success in leading projects and bringing organization to finance teams.
