Financial Controller

Robert Half has partnered with a dynamic organization in search of a Financial Controller on a short-term contract basis to join our team located in the Greater Philadelphia Region. As a Financial Controller, the role will be centered around Financial Reporting, Month End Close, and Payroll operations.What you get to do every single day:• Oversee and manage all aspects of financial reporting within the organization.• Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.• Supervise the month-end close process and ensure it is completed accurately.• Manage payroll functions, ensuring that all procedures are carried out efficiently and in compliance with regulatory requirements.• Develop and implement financial control procedures and systems to enhance financial performance.• Monitor financial details to ensure that legal requirements are met.• Coordinate with external auditors and manage internal controls.• Oversee budget preparation and financial planning processes.• Manage and track the performance of invested assets in alignment with company's policies and investment strategy.

Salary : $30 - $35
