Financial Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Financial Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Shelby, North Carolina. This role requires expertise in Infor CloudSuite systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel to support financial and operational reporting. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in developing custom reporting solutions and enhancing data workflows for business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
• Extract, analyze, and reconcile financial data from Infor CloudSuite systems to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Design and develop advanced Excel-based reports, dashboards, and data models tailored to business needs.
• Automate routine reporting processes using tools such as Power Query and Power Pivot.
• Collaborate with finance, supply chain, and IT teams to improve reporting workflows and data integration.
• Provide hands-on support to business users for data analysis and reporting tasks.
• Document processes and conduct knowledge transfer sessions to enable internal staff to maintain workflows.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement solutions to streamline reporting efforts.
• Proven experience working with Infor CloudSuite systems (such as LN, M3, or similar platforms).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data modeling tools.
• Strong ability to integrate data from ERP systems into Excel for reporting purposes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams and present findings.
• Prior experience in consulting or contract-based roles is a plus.
• Familiarity with financial analysis techniques, including variance analysis and ad hoc reporting.
