• Manage executive calendars, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings, appointments, and events.
• Prepare and distribute meeting materials, such as agendas, presentations, and post-meeting documentation.
• Organize and oversee logistics for executive meetings, ensuring all arrangements are handled seamlessly.
• Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive information with professionalism.
• Provide administrative support, including drafting correspondence, handling document management, and coordinating projects.
• Monitor deadlines and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
• Assist in creating reports and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries for executives.
• Address ad hoc administrative needs as they arise to support business priorities.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
