About the Role
A leading manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the strategic oversight and day-to-day management of its on-premise ERP environment.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of manufacturing operations, ERP systems, and technical infrastructure, with the ability to drive process improvements and system optimization across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
- -Lead the administration, enhancement, and support of the Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) ERP system, and related modules.
· -Manage ERP-related projects from planning through implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
· -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system needs and translate them into technical solutions.
· -Oversee the performance and development of an ERP Support Specialist.
· -Ensure system integrity, data accuracy, and compliance with internal controls.
· -Partner with IT infrastructure teams to maintain the Windows Server and SQL Server environments hosting the ERP system.
· -Serve as the primary liaison between IT and manufacturing operations for ERP-related initiatives.

Qualifications
• -5 years of experience managing ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
• -Hands-on experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) or similar ERP platforms.
• -Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, inventory management, and production planning.
• -Technical proficiency with Windows Server and SQL Server environments.
• -Proven leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring team members.
• -Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
