ERP Integration Manager

Description

We are looking for an experienced ERP Integration Manager to join a non-profit organization in Saint Louis, Missouri. This contract position requires someone with deep expertise in ERP systems, particularly payroll configurations, to support a tailored environment and upcoming system migration. The ideal candidate will excel in troubleshooting, teamwork, and communication while ensuring smooth integration processes.

Responsibilities:
Diagnose and resolve issues within ERP payroll configurations and customizations.
Generate and analyze payroll-related reports to address complex challenges.
Act as a liaison between IT, Finance, HR, and external ERP support vendors to enhance collaboration.
Document processes and facilitate knowledge transfer for team development and future migration efforts.
Lead initiatives related to payroll data migration to new ERP systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with organizational needs.
Provide technical guidance and training to internal teams on ERP functionalities.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices within ERP system operations.
Apply creative problem-solving to address unique integration challenges.

Requirements

Extensive experience in ERP systems with a focus on SAP ECC6 Payroll in customized environments.
Proficiency with Kronos Workforce Ready; familiarity with additional ERP modules is advantageous.
Strong skills in documentation and knowledge sharing to support team development.
Proven experience in project management and data migration initiatives.
Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to varied audiences.
Ability to adapt to dynamic challenges and deliver solutions with attention to detail.
Expertise in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) and SAP HR Payroll.
Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite, Epicor, and Kronos Timekeeping systems.
