ERP/CRM Configuration SME

We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Configuration SME to join our team in Solon, Ohio. In this Contract-to-permanent position, you will play a key role in configuring and integrating ERP systems to optimize business processes and supply chain operations. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a deep understanding of ERP systems and supply chain modules, as well as expertise in SAP integrations and Web APIs.

Responsibilities:
• Configure and optimize ERP and CRM systems to align with business process requirements.
• Develop and implement integrations between SAP systems and other ERPs using Web APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
• Lead the configuration of supply chain-specific modules to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support during system implementation.
• Ensure proper configuration management and documentation for all ERP and CRM systems.
• Analyze existing workflows and recommend improvements to streamline processes.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration across systems and platforms.
• Monitor system performance and proactively address any issues or inefficiencies.
• Train users on system functionalities and provide ongoing support as needed.

• Extensive experience in configuring and implementing ERP systems.

• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate requirements into system solutions.

• Proficiency in SAP IBP and supply chain modules.

• Expertise in developing integrations using Web APIs.

• Ability to create detailed business requirement documents and configuration plans.

• Familiarity with configuration management techniques and best practices.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
