What You’ll Do:

• Develop a future-focused strategy for enterprise applications while addressing immediate business priorities.
• Lead projects that bring cutting-edge optimization to applications like SharePoint, MS365, and SaaS tools.
• Manage system integration, ensuring smooth information flow and interoperability between platforms.
• Translate organizational needs into technical solutions by working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Cultivate a high-performing, collaborative team that thrives on solving challenges and driving innovation.
• Oversee vendor relationships, data security, compliance, and system lifecycle management.
• Identify growth opportunities by harnessing AI and new technologies to improve processes company-wide.

• A demonstrated history of managing enterprise software systems with a focus on SaaS platforms.
• Strong leadership and project management skills with a proven ability to deliver on-time, on-budget results.

• Proven experience managing EMR implementation projects, including planning, execution, and post-launch support.
• Expertise in electronic medical record systems, such as Epic EMR or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of CRM, HRIS databases, and enterprise software systems.
• Exceptional leadership and project management skills, with the ability to oversee cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with data security protocols and compliance requirements in healthcare technology.
• Ability to identify and leverage innovative technologies to improve system performance and user experience.
• A detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
