About the Role:
We are looking for a Director of Analytics to lead our analytics team and drive data-informed decision-making across multiple departments. In this leadership role, you will work closely with strategy, media, development, and creative teams to develop actionable insights and measurement strategies that drive marketing and business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 3 skilled analysts, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Oversee the development and execution of statistical models (SAS, R, Python, etc.) to drive analytics strategies.
- Work with cross-functional teams to translate complex analytical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with clients to deliver data-driven solutions and recommendations that drive business results.
- Drive the development of analytics methodologies, including regression, cluster analysis, and decision trees.
- Ensure the team’s work aligns with the organization’s strategic goals, providing leadership and direction to achieve success.
- Stay up to date on emerging trends in analytics, AI, and marketing technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or Data Science.
- 5 years of experience in a senior management role or 2-3 years in a director-level role.
- Strong hands-on management experience, with a track record of mentoring and leading teams.
- Expertise in statistical modeling tools such as SAS, SPSS, R, Python, and SQL databases.
- Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics, Omniture, or Adobe.
- Knowledge of marketing technologies and data-driven decision-making processes.
- Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with AI and Generative AI is a plus.
Salary : $160,000 - $175,000
