Digital Project Manager

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Digital Project Manager with Pendo and Figma hygiene experience to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This position offers the opportunity to coordinate design operations, manage workflows, and oversee the implementation of essential tools and processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital project management, design lifecycle, and analytics tools.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and streamline design operations to ensure effective team workflows.

• Oversee the maintenance and optimization of Figma, including setup and hygiene standards.

• Manage tagging and analytics processes using tools like Pendo, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting.

• Facilitate user research activities and provide support in organizing findings.

• Train team members on essential tools such as Figma, Jira, Confluence, and Full Story.

• Collaborate with new hires to familiarize them with tools and processes.

• Ensure proper execution of tagging and nomenclature patterns for analytics tools.

• Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.

• Organize and lead team training sessions to enhance tool proficiency.

• Provide insights and recommendations to improve design processes and operations.

• Proven experience in digital project management with a focus on design operations.
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Jira, Confluence, and Pendo.
• Familiarity with tagging tools and analytics processes.
• Strong understanding of the design lifecycle and workflows.
• Ability to train and onboard team members effectively.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
• Experience in managing timelines and deliverables.
• Confidence in using digital tools without requiring a learning curve.
