Digital Producer

We are looking for a motivated and creative Digital Producer to join our team in Orlando, Florida. In this role, you will collaborate closely with innovative minds to bring projects to life that reflect bold ideas and creative ingenuity. This is a Long-term Contract position where you’ll have the opportunity to manage multiple projects, contribute to creative research, and ensure successful execution of dynamic initiatives.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day logistics for various projects, including budget management, material sourcing, event setup, and post-event activities.
• Conduct creative research to identify and share emerging trends in technology, arts, business, and pop culture.
• Manage virtual platform engagement and ensure seamless collaboration with external partners.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all deadlines and processes are met efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver impactful concepts and innovative ideas.
• Monitor and analyze financial data to support project budgets and decision-making.
• Provide organizational and logistical support for team projects, ensuring smooth workflows and communication.
• Stay informed about new brands and products while contributing fresh perspectives to creative initiatives.
• Assist in fostering a culture of curiosity and problem-solving within the team.
• Proven experience in event management, production, or related fields.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to anticipate project needs.
• Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Basic understanding of financial data analysis and budget management.
• Knowledge of emerging trends in arts, technology, and pop culture.
• Proactive and collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management, or a related field preferred.
