We are in search of a Data Warehouse Analyst to join our team in the retail industry, situated in Hillside, New Jersey. In this role, you'll leverage your technical skills to simplify complex analytical tasks into understandable data-driven narratives. Collaborating with other analysts, you'll apply established analytical processes to diverse datasets to deduce insights and solve real-world business problems. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Finance teams to establish KPIs and innovative methodologies for measurement• Develop, manage, and scale our labor planning process, providing accurate labor targets and forecasts in conjunction with the Talent Acquisition team• Analyze and understand the drivers that impact key influences on business dynamics and productivity• Transform data into actionable insights for stakeholders• Automate the reporting process for weekly business metrics• Identify and execute opportunities to automate and scale our current processes• Leverage your technical skills, such as SQL/code writing, statistics, machine learning, etc., to enhance existing processes and learn new skills• Ensure all reporting and analytical responsibilities are completed competently and promptly.
Salary : $70,000 - $95,000
