Our client seeks a CRM Data Clean-up and Data Entry Specialist to play a critical role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of their customer relationship management (CRM) data. The successful candidate will ensure all applicant and lead data is complete, accurate, and properly integrated across business systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the capacity to manage large volumes of data efficiently. You will support internal teams by troubleshooting issues, executing data correction processes, and assisting with key integrations that enhance the customer journey.Responsibilities:Provide technical support to department users of the CRM systemTroubleshoot issues related to applicant records and applications, ensuring timely solutionsConsult with enterprise and admissions staff on CRM integrationsReview reports to confirm applications are processing successfully through integrationsIdentify missing data in applications, updating records manually and via bulk uploads, and ensure proper system flowPerform weekly manual reporting and data management for non-integrated areasMerge duplicate person accounts and bulk update applicant/lead accounts for data correctionExecute semi-automated processes to update subsidiary data in secondary systemsRequired Qualifications:2 years of experience in data entry, CRM management, or a related roleAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Business, IT, or a related fieldStrong data analysis and accuracy skills; high attention to detail and precisionAbility to manage disparate data sources effectivelyFast and accurate data entry capabilitiesFamiliarity with compliance and data privacy standardsProblem-solving aptitude; basic programming or database query skills a plusAdaptability in a dynamic environment; ability to follow detailed instructions and processesStrong organizational and time management skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience with higher education admissions processes and CRM systemsKnowledge of student applicant journey mappingSchedule & Work Arrangement:Part-time: 6 hours per day, Monday–FridayHybrid work model (combination of in-office and remote days)
