Data Entry Clerk

We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Pendergrass, Georgia. This is a contract position that requires a strong work ethic and a commitment to accuracy in accounts receivable tasks. The ideal candidate will thrive in a structured environment and be eager to learn and follow established processes.

Responsibilities:
• Input accounts receivable data with precision and efficiency.
• Post cash receipts accurately to ensure proper allocation.
• Review transactions carefully and seek clarification when necessary to avoid errors.
• Follow detailed instructions and training materials consistently over time.
• Maintain a steady and reliable workflow once fully trained.
• Adhere to a set schedule of 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch break, while accommodating flexibility as needed.
• Monitor workload and communicate when tasks are complete or if downtime occurs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies regarding holidays and hourly pay.
• Collaborate with team members to support overall departmental goals.
• Prior experience in accounts receivable data entry is required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.
• Capability to ask questions and seek clarification when facing uncertain situations.
• Willingness to follow directions and adapt to structured training processes.
• Ability to remain consistent and dependable once trained.
• Proficiency in numeric and computer-based data entry tasks.
• Familiarity with typing and general data entry tools.
• Understanding of workplace expectations, including scheduling and workload management.
