Data Entry Clerk

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a short-term contract basis. This position is located in Walnut Creek, California, and requires 100% onsite work. Data Entry Clerk Responsibilities:

• Transfer files accurately from one system to another, ensuring all data is properly saved and renamed.

• Verify the accuracy and completeness of downloaded and saved files.

• Maintain organized digital records throughout the project.

• Perform consistent and precise data entry to meet quality standards.

• Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in file documentation.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.

• Follow established protocols and procedures for file management.

• Utilize computer systems and software tools effectively for data entry tasks.
