Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customer service professionals, suppliers, and customers to manage large recycling programs for national accounts.
- Provide customer service support, including dispatching, reporting, and account management.
- Coordinate and schedule pickup of recyclable materials to ensure smooth logistics and efficient movement of materials.
- Reconcile inbound data, invoices, and outbound reporting using Excel and proprietary software.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports with strict deadlines across multiple accounts.
- Identify and correct accounting discrepancies; issue debit/credit memos as needed.
- Review monthly data and invoices for errors, ensuring accuracy before deadlines.
- Maintain detailed spreadsheets tracking account numbers, access, and reporting data.
- Submit invoices monthly via online portals and email distributions.
Required Skills:

- Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
