Creative Director

We are looking for an experienced Creative Director to lead a talented team in developing impactful marketing and brand assets. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in driving creative strategies, optimizing processes, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Located in the San Francisco Bay Area, California, this opportunity offers a chance to work in a dynamic environment that values innovation and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage daily creative operations, ensuring smooth workflows and meeting project deadlines.

• Guide the brand design process, overseeing the creation and delivery of high-quality marketing materials.

• Lead and inspire a small creative team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.

• Develop and implement effective processes to enhance production efficiency and quality.

• Collaborate with leadership to align creative strategies with organizational objectives while addressing tactical needs.

• Utilize AI tools and emerging technologies to optimize workflows and drive creative innovation.

• Provide stability and leadership during transitional periods, maintaining continuity and excellence in deliverables.

• Champion disruptive approaches to traditional processes, encouraging fresh ideas and solutions.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing creative or marketing operations teams.
• At least 5 years of experience within SaaS B2B environments; Fintech experience is a plus.
• Proven track record of working with in-house B2B creative teams; agency experience is a bonus.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a startup-like atmosphere.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to balance strategic thinking and execution.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with AI-driven tools for creative workflows.
• Innovative mindset with a willingness to challenge traditional processes and embrace new methodologies.
