- Participate in various initiatives spanning multiple departments

- Create analysis on financial results (trends, performance metrics, benchmarks)
- Compose Balance Sheet account reconciliations
- Function with business partners to ensure compliance with procedures and controls, corporate accounting policies, and provide support on special requests
- Manage monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables (journal entries, reconciliations, reports) in compliance with GAAP
- Complete other projects as required
- Assemble monthly consolidated P& L and Balance Sheet flux analysis for management reporting
- Organize quarterly reviews and testing with internal and external auditors
Requirements
- Minimum 5-7 years of overall general accounting experience
- Remarkable analytical, quantitative and social skills
- Understanding of corporate performance management (CPM) and business intelligence systems required
- Competence with financial data analysis and report generation that is prompt and accurate
- Ability to prioritize work and balance multiple projects and deadlines
- BA/BS in Accounting, CPA credentials are highly desired

- Manufacturing Operation experience
- Solid understanding of Benefit Functions
- Manufacturing Equipment experience
- Deep understanding of cost accounting
- Ledger experience
- Self-starter and strong ethical standards
- Experience in SOX control execution/documentation
- Highly organized, attentive, has a sense of urgency, flexible and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities
- Efficient in ERP systems
- Experience working in a dynamic and changing company environment a plus
- A strong track record of communicating, both verbally and in writing, with functional department managers
