We are looking for an experienced Controller to join our team in Sumner, Washington. In this role, you will oversee key financial operations and lead a small team to ensure the company's financial health and accuracy. This position offers a hybrid schedule with opportunities for growth and collaboration.Responsibilities:• Lead and manage a team consisting of the IT Lead and Accounting Lead to ensure seamless operations.• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to maintain financial stability.• Handle month-end close processes and ensure timely completion of all financial reports.• Collaborate with auditors to prepare for and manage audits effectively.• Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for financial reporting and PayChex for payroll management.• Implement cost accounting strategies to optimize financial performance.• Prepare and review annual financial reports, including audited and consolidated statements.• Conduct cash forecasting to support strategic planning and operational needs.• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards while maintaining accurate journal entries.• Support Salesforce reporting functions to enhance data-driven decision-making.The salary range for this position is $125k to $145k.
