We are looking for a skilled Contracts Attorney to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Warwick, Rhode Island. This position offers an exciting opportunity to handle complex legal matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various contracts and agreements. The role requires a detail-oriented individual who can provide expert legal advice and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Responsibilities:• Draft, review, and negotiate diverse contracts, including services agreements, construction contracts, and other commercial arrangements.• Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare clear, actionable memoranda tailored to non-legal audiences.• Collaborate with the Senior Vice President of Legal and HR to coordinate with external legal counsel on litigation matters.• Review and draft responses to legal pleadings and manage discovery requests in coordination with external counsel.• Provide strategic legal guidance to support organizational goals and ensure compliance with applicable laws.• Analyze complex legal issues and deliver recommendations that align with business objectives.• Ensure all contracts and agreements meet regulatory standards and organizational policies.• Work closely with cross-functional teams to address legal concerns and mitigate potential risks.• Maintain thorough documentation of legal activities and decisions for future reference.• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to provide accurate and timely advice.

Salary : $41 - $50
