Content Writer

We are looking for a skilled Content Writer to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role involves creating dynamic and engaging content tailored for a variety of mediums, with a focus on B2B audiences and technical products. 100% remote but must be located in EST time zone, this opportunity to contribute to new product launches and rebranding efforts while collaborating closely with marketing teams and product specialists.

Responsibilities:

• Craft compelling written content for a range of platforms, including websites, brochures, landing pages, and social media.

• Participate in daily stand-up meetings and weekly project calls to ensure alignment and progress tracking.

• Collaborate with product experts, engineers, and marketing teams to develop clear messaging that highlights product features and benefits.

• Adapt complex technical information into accessible content for diverse audiences, including homeowners, building managers, and commercial customers.

• Proofread and edit content for PR initiatives to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.

• Manage content workflows using project management tools to meet deadlines and maintain quality.

• Contribute to the launch of new products and the rebranding of existing ones by developing impactful marketing materials.

• Stay informed about the brand and industry to ensure content aligns with organizational goals and voice.

• Proven experience in content writing or copywriting within a product-focused environment, preferably involving technical products.
• Familiarity with project management platforms such as Jira or Lytho is highly desirable.
• Exceptional writing and proofreading skills with attention to detail, grammar, and flow.
• Ability to quickly learn and master product knowledge to create accurate and engaging content.
• Understanding of social media platforms and online content marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong creative thinking skills and the ability to develop conceptual ideas.
• Comfortable working independently or as part of a collaborative team.
