Content Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented Content Specialist to join our team in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania. In this long-term consulting role, you will work within the Brand and Creative team to edit and refine high-volume AI-generated content as well as copy supplied by our internal clients to ensure it accurately reflects our brand. You will work with other creatives to review product descriptions, edit/generate copy for our website and blog, and assist in the brainstorming and coordination of community naming efforts. With the ever-expanding need for content to yield best search results, part of this role will be to help in the planning and process creation for new AI-assisted content development opportunities including video scripting and additional blog content.

Responsibilities include:

• Review and refine product descriptions for publication on our website and various third-party platforms
• Proofread edit and provide copy support for other supplied copy for accuracy and consistency within the brands style guidelines
• Collaborate with our Content Management and other Marketing teams by providing feedback for prompt engineering of AI-generated content
• Edit and/or generate product messaging ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand voice
• Participate in community and other naming brainstorming efforts and finalize presentations for approval
• Perform content audits for existing product descriptions on the company website
• Review and edit web content updates and/or email messaging provided by our internal teams across the country
• Provide real-time grammar and style support to internal clients during normal working hours
  

• .Bachelors degree in Communications Journalism English or related field or equivalent experience
• 3 years professional experience in editing and/or writing
• Experience working in a high-volume environment
• Experience working within style guidelines and familiarity with AP Style
• Strong communication skills and comfort with having a dialogue with internal clients at various levels
