As the Construction Accountant, you will:
- Track, monitor and analyze construction project budgeting and accounting
- Participate in the month/quarter/year end close and assist with the preparation and analysis of financial statements, management reports, and forecasts
- Handle certified payroll and union benefit reporting/compliance
- Review and optimize the accounts payable/receivable, AIA billing, and change orders processes
- Prepare for external and internal audits including union, worker's comp and financial or insurance audits
