Compliance Manager

We are looking for a skilled Compliance Manager to join our team in Lakewood, Colorado. This role requires an individual with a strong attention to detail and expertise in accounting functions and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will excel in managing processes and ensuring accuracy in financial records while adhering to established guidelines.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee compliance protocols and ensure adherence to regulatory standards within financial operations.
• Review and process invoices to maintain accurate and timely payments.
• Conduct detailed analyses of financial data to identify discrepancies and ensure precision.
• Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize, analyze, and present financial information effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance compliance procedures and reporting systems.
• Monitor and update compliance documentation to reflect current regulations.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance-related policies and procedures.
• Address and resolve compliance issues in a timely and thorough manner.
• At least 3 years of experience in compliance management or a related field.
• Proficiency in data entry and financial record-keeping.
• Strong skills in invoice processing and detailed financial analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
• Familiarity with compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to identify and resolve compliance issues efficiently.
