Compensation Manager

We are seeking an experienced Global Compensation Lead on a contract basis (with potential for contract-to-hire). This senior-level role will design, implement, and manage global compensation strategies, ensuring competitiveness, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and oversee global compensation programs, including base salary, variable pay, and equity plans.
• Manage annual compensation cycles, encompassing budgeting, financial modeling, communication strategies, and employee training.
• Conduct market benchmarking and job evaluations to maintain competitive and equitable pay practices.
• Ensure compliance with international compensation regulations, proactively mitigating legal and financial risks.
• Utilize data-driven insights to assess program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and Talent Acquisition teams, serving as a trusted advisor on all compensation matters.
• Lead compensation strategies for mergers, acquisitions, and organizational transformations to ensure seamless integration.
• Provide strategic guidance on executive and sales compensation plans, aligning with business objectives.
• Support the harmonization of compensation frameworks during organizational transitions and change initiatives.
