Commercial Loan Closer

-Key Priorities:

Recent hands-on experience with syndicated or bilateral commercial loans

Loan IQ experience required (or equivalent large-scale commercial loan system)

Ability to work accurately under pressure and manage multiple transactions

Strong process orientation and attention to regulatory/compliance details

Core Responsibilities:

Process drawdowns, paydowns, interest, and fees for commercial syndicated and bilateral loan deals

Book and reconcile complex commercial lending transactions

Coordinate closely with Treasury and internal loan servicing teams

Research and resolve transaction discrepancies or loan-related issues

Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards

Assist in audit prep and manage data accuracy across platforms

3 years of experience in commercial lending operations, loan servicing, or syndicated loan support

Hands-on use of Loan IQ or a comparable commercial loan platform

Familiarity with commercial loan funding processes, collateral tracking, and documentation workflows

Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and reporting/reconciliation

Strong verbal and written communication skills
