Cloud Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Cloud Engineer to join our team in Arlington, Virginia. In this role, you will play a key part in designing and implementing enterprise-level infrastructure solutions across various environments, focusing on Microsoft Azure. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead cloud migration projects and develop automation frameworks to streamline operations.

Responsibilities:
• Design and deploy enterprise infrastructure solutions across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.
• Lead and execute cloud migration strategies to transition workloads effectively.
• Develop and implement automation frameworks using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cloud-based systems.
• Create and manage CI/CD pipelines to support efficient software delivery.
• Utilize scripting tools such as PowerShell, Python, Terraform, or Bicep for automation and configuration.
• Integrate security best practices into cloud infrastructure designs.
• Monitor and scale cloud resources to ensure optimal performance and cost efficiency.
• Provide technical expertise in Microsoft Azure, including IaaS and PaaS offerings.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cloud environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure engineering roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure services, including IaaS and PaaS.
• Strong scripting skills with tools such as PowerShell, Python, Terraform, or Bicep.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines for software deployment.
• Knowledge of cloud automation platforms like Ansible.
• Familiarity with AWS technologies, including EC2 and Auto Scaling.
• Ability to design scalable and secure cloud solutions.
