Clerical Associate Intermediate (3-6 years)

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Clerical Associate Intermediate with 3-6 years of experience to join our team in Westerville, Ohio. This is a long-term contract opportunity where you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our document-related processes. Responsibilities:
• Accurately scan and copy documents to maintain organized and accessible records.
• Retrieve files promptly to support team operations and ensure timely delivery of information.
• Prepare documents for mailing, ensuring proper formatting and packaging.
• Review reports and documents meticulously to verify accuracy and completeness.
• Organize and maintain physical and digital files to uphold efficient record-keeping standards.
• Assist in photocopying and scanning tasks, ensuring quality and precision.
• Support general clerical duties, contributing to smooth administrative operations.
• Collaborate with team members to address document-related needs and resolve issues effectively.
• 3-6 years of experience performing clerical or administrative tasks.
• Proficiency in scanning and copying documents with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills to manage files and maintain accurate records.
• Ability to review reports and data for accuracy and completeness.
• Familiarity with preparing documents for mailing and distribution.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members.
• Knowledge of basic office equipment such as scanners and photocopiers.
