Responsibilities:

• Direct and oversee all financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities to ensure the organization’s long-term financial stability.

• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.

• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of operations.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to align financial strategies with organizational goals and objectives.

• Manage and monitor accounting systems and databases to ensure the delivery of precise financial information.

• Lead the preparation of financial reports, including annual budgets and audits, ensuring compliance with regulations.

• Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering growth and development with attention to detail.

• Identify and address complex financial challenges by developing innovative solutions.

• Ensure adherence to non-profit accounting standards and practices.

• Represent the organization in financial discussions with stakeholders and partners.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or finance; a master’s degree is highly desirable.
• 10-15 years of experience in financial management within a non-profit organization.
• Proven track record in a senior leadership role within the non-profit sector.
• Strong ability to analyze financial data, recognize trends, and develop effective solutions.
• Proficiency in accounting systems and database management.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding analytical and organizational abilities.
• Expertise in non-profit accounting and financial management practices.
