Call Center Specialist

We are looking for a Call Center Specialist to join our team in White Plains, New York. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service while managing incoming calls and inquiries in a fast-paced environment. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering an opportunity for long-term growth within the organization.Responsibilities:• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a detail-oriented and timely manner.• Handle a high volume of incoming calls while maintaining quality and efficiency.• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in company systems.• Provide information about company products and services to callers.• Collaborate with team members to address complex customer concerns effectively.• Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.• Contribute to team goals by meeting performance metrics and objectives.• Stay updated on company policies, services, and product offerings to assist customers accurately.
