Business Systems Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Glen Rock, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will bridge the gap between IT and business operations, ensuring seamless functionality and optimization of key systems. You will play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing Oracle applications and related systems across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and quality functions.

Responsibilities:
• Provide functional and technical support for Oracle E-Business Suite modules, including manufacturing, supply chain, and finance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective solutions for Oracle systems.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize applications using Oracle Apex, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to maintain operational efficiency.
• Conduct user training and create documentation to improve system adoption and understanding.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements that drive process improvements.
• Analyze existing processes and recommend solutions for increased efficiency and productivity.
• Support labelling and other system extensions by designing and developing custom applications.
• Ensure compliance with quality and data integrity standards in all system operations.
• Proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite modules, including manufacturing, supply chain, and finance.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Apex and Oracle SQL for application development and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing execution systems and their integration with business processes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Solid troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills to support user training and system adoption.
• Knowledge of quality and compliance standards within manufacturing and supply chain environments.
