Responsibilities:• Analyzing company and departmental data to identify potential areas for improvement.• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements and providing data-driven solutions that align with their objectives.• Extracting valuable insights from data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimizing processes.• Reporting on commercial and operational performance, identifying trends, and driving operational improvements where needed.• Working closely with the Data Insights team to ensure efficient data flow across the organization.• Developing dashboards with the Data Insights team to support US departmental insight.• Using a data-led approach to identify and prioritize strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.• Defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and setting measurable targets to track progress and drive success.• Leading and managing a team of Business Intelligence Analysts, fostering their knowledge and skills development.• Keeping up-to-date with innovations and developments in the digital mental health landscape, including best practices.Salary is $$70,000-$90,000 plus medical, dental and generous time off
