Business Analyst IV

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst IV to join our team in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin. This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with business and IT leadership, driving key projects and delivering impactful solutions. The ideal candidate will excel in bridging technical and business needs while contributing to strategic priorities.

Responsibilities:
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into actionable plans.
• Lead the implementation of functional and technical solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and product owners to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
• Develop detailed process documentation and perform analysis to enhance operational efficiency.
• Serve as a liaison between business teams and IT, fostering clear communication and understanding.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on project progress.
• Analyze and map existing processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
• Oversee defect management and resolution efforts, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Drive integration and end-to-end solutions, including policy administration systems.
• Work with external web development vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and the ability to lead projects autonomously.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, including proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with insurance policies, forms, and actuarial pricing tools.
• Experience eliciting and documenting requirements from senior-level stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Solid understanding of business-driven IT projects and integration solutions.
