Business Analyst III

Description

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst III to join our team in Juno Beach, Florida. This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to medium to large-scale projects, leveraging analytical expertise to drive informed business decisions. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Responsibilities:
Perform detailed operational analyses to support strategic decision-making within the business unit.
Lead medium to large-scale special projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
Design and implement modifications to existing processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Develop comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
Collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Validate plans and procedures to maintain compliance with industry standards, including NIS and NERC regulations.
Oversee onboarding and staffing processes for contingent workforce members.
Support decision-making by utilizing data-driven insights and standardized analytical tools.
Facilitate the implementation of cyber-related initiatives to enhance operational security.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is strongly preferred.
At least 1 to 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
Proficiency in conducting both quantitative and qualitative research.
Strong understanding of process design and modification techniques.
Ability to lead and manage special projects with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with NIS and NERC regulations is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach to tasks.
