The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to a flexible schedule.Responsibilities:• Review and categorize weekly transactions to ensure financial accuracy.• Process payroll and manage general ledger entries for clients.• Handle accounts payable tasks, including invoice processing and vendor payments.• Perform monthly account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.• Collaborate on financial report reviews to ensure compliance and accuracy.• Assist with file cleanup projects for new or existing client accounts.• Use QuickBooks extensively to manage client financial data and reporting.• Provide support for month-end close activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks.• Communicate with clients to address bookkeeping inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
