Billing Clerk

We are looking for a skilled Billing Clerk to join our team in Beverly, Massachusetts. This Contract-to-Permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial operations of a dynamic organization. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and proficient in billing systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.

Responsibilities:
• Process and maintain accurate billing records using computerized billing systems.
• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions with attention to detail.
• Utilize accounting software systems to track and reconcile financial transactions.
• Handle inbound calls professionally, providing assistance and resolving billing inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate billing processes.
• Operate Epic Software and EHR systems to support financial and billing workflows.
• Generate reports related to billing and financial activities for review and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and financial regulations.
• Identify discrepancies in billing records and take corrective actions promptly.
• Support the implementation of new accounting tools and systems as needed.
• Proficiency in using accounting software systems and computerized billing tools.
• Experience with Epic Software and EHR systems is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
• Ability to professionally manage inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries.
• Familiarity with financial services platforms such as ADP is advantageous.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical abilities to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and clients.
