Auditing Clerk

We are looking for a detail-oriented Auditing Clerk to join our team in Jersey City, New Jersey. This is a long-term contract position that requires onsite presence five days a week. The ideal candidate will excel in handling data entry, analyzing information, and maintaining accurate records to support auditing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough audits of filing systems to ensure compliance and accuracy.

• Analyze data to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.

• Enter and maintain data using Excel with precision and attention to detail.

• Collaborate with team members to organize and manage documentation.

• Ensure all records are properly filed and easily accessible.

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to regulatory requirements.

• Proven experience in auditing, filing, or data entry roles.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work onsite in Jersey City, New Jersey, five days a week
