: A dynamic and growing personal injury law office based in Lodi is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to handle our expanding caseload. This position involves managing an active docket of cases, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall incidents, and dog bite claims. We are looking for a skilled professional with trial experience to deliver exceptional client advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases efficiently, ensuring timely case progression.
• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery documents, and settlement demands.
• Conduct thorough legal research and provide accurate case assessments.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
• Advocate for clients in court, including all aspects of trial preparation and execution.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Must have a valid New Jersey Bar License and be in good standing with the NJ Bar Association.
• 5-10 years of experience as a practicing attorney in Personal Injury Law, with a proven track record of successful case outcomes.
• Strong trial and courtroom experience with the ability to confidently represent clients in trials.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in personal injury law procedures and familiarity with motor vehicle accidents, premises liability (slip and fall), and dog bite cases.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
