Growing Private Equity Firm 

Growing Private Equity firm in the Boston area is looking to expand its ESG and Portfolio Analytics team by adding a motivated Associate. With a 4-day in-office schedule, this role strikes the perfect balance between independence and collaboration AND the opportunity to get into the PE industry.

What You'll Be Doing:

Collaborating with the elite ESG and Portfolio Analytics team to analyze and manage data across environmental, social, and governance (ESG) metrics while driving improvements across the portfolio.

Contributing to broader portfolio performance initiatives, encompassing operational, financial, and technical data analysis.

Applying advanced analytics, creating dashboards, and preparing executive-level presentations to communicate insights effectively.

Engaging with leadership teams to deliver actionable recommendations and innovative solutions.

NOTE: this role, although offering some amazing experience, is NOT designed to be a springboard to the deals side of the firm.

Compensation: targeting $125K base salary with performance-based bonus; total cash comp target $150k  /-

Your Background &  Expertise:

1. Undergrad in Business or related with strong academics
2. 3  years of exp in management consulting or similar client-service-oriented roles.
3. Some experience with ESG, sustainability, or responsible investing principles.
4. Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in technology tools for data visualization, presentation creation, etc.
5. Self-starter, work independently and present confidently to executive stakeholders.
