Associate Consultant

We are looking for an Associate Consultant to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, you will contribute to addressing critical challenges within public education systems by supporting leaders with actionable insights and solutions. Responsibilities:
• Gather and analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to support decision-making processes and strategy development.
• Develop insights based on research and analysis, creating clear and actionable recommendations.
• Prepare detailed and well-organized materials, presentations, and reports to effectively communicate findings and proposals.
• Assist senior team members in implementing strategies designed to improve educational outcomes.
• Conduct thorough research to design resources and tools that enhance systems within school districts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support the development and execution of programs and initiatives.
• Facilitate streamlined communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring goals are met efficiently and effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 1-3 years of experience requiring attention to detail in consulting, finance, or education.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with both qualitative and quantitative data.
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to drive strategic decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in consulting or business process improvement is preferred.
• A collaborative mindset and dedication to driving positive outcomes in education systems.
