Responsibilities
- Oversee daily financial operations, ensuring all processes align with organizational policies and standards.
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Manage year-end closings, ensuring all financial records are finalized and reconciled.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and control.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements across financial activities.
- Lead the preparation of financial reports, providing detailed insights to support decision-making.
- Supervise fiscal management processes, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to standardize and optimize financial workflows.
- Utilize Workday to maintain and update financial records effectively.
- Support auditing processes by ensuring all documentation and records are accurate and up to date.
- Proficiency in using Workday for financial management and reporting (**must have**)
- Prior Workday ERP implementation is a nice to have
- Demonstrated expertise in preparing financial statements and managing year-end closings.
- Strong knowledge of internal controls, compliance, and regulatory standards.
- Ability to develop and implement effective fiscal policies and procedures.
- Experience with auditing processes and ensuring adherence to financial regulations.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
