Applications Architect

We are looking for an experienced Applications Architect to take ownership of our Workday platform in Malvern, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will focus on optimizing system functionality, improving workflows, and driving strategic enhancements to align with organizational needs. This position requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, data integrity, and compliance.

Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary administrator and product owner for the Workday platform, managing functionality, updates, and strategic enhancements.
• Evaluate current system processes and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency and streamline operations.
• Oversee system configurations, updates, and change management activities to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to support daily operations and system integrations.
• Lead initiatives across the Workday lifecycle, including design, testing, deployment, training, and post-launch support.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of data by performing regular audits and validations to maintain system integrity.
• Partner with compliance teams to enforce audit procedures and maintain adherence to regulations.
• Develop custom reports in collaboration with analytics teams to provide insights into workforce trends and support decision-making.
• Implement automation and AI-driven solutions to reduce manual effort and enhance operational efficiency.
• Safeguard data across HR systems by enforcing proper segregation of duties and maintaining security protocols.
• Extensive experience with Workday systems, including Workday ERP, HCM, and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of system configuration, updates, and change management.
• Proven ability to lead lifecycle initiatives such as design, testing, deployment, and post-launch activities.
• Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, and compliance.
• Expertise in generating custom reports and delivering actionable insights from workforce data.
• Familiarity with audit procedures and compliance requirements.
• Ability to implement automation and AI-based solutions to optimize processes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity.
